This is a 12-month peer cohort (11 practitioners + Kelsa) built around monthly session reviews using a shared observation framework. You submit a real coaching session and the group watches it. We talk about what we noticed, not what you should have done, but what was actually happening in the room. You receive Kelsa’s full evaluation on your coaching session. It’s the same principle behind peer review in law, medicine, and academia: serious practitioners bringing real work in front of trained colleagues to get sharper. This isn’t feedback; it’s calibration.
