The Financial Coaching Symposium is a two-day, business intensive for financial coaches designed to up your game and take your business to the next level.

The Symposium was created by industry leaders Kelsa and Michael Dickey, who began Fiscal Fitness Phoenix more than a decade ago from their dining room table. It is now a six-figure business. They believe the key difference between successful coaches and those who are not is passion.

The Roadmap to Profitability VIP Experience is a small-group workshop lead by Kelsa and Michael Dickey of Fiscal Fitness Phoenix. Step behind the curtains and discover Michael and Kelsa’s remarkable system for creating and executing so many ideas year after year. People often wonder how they’re able to accomplish and deliver so much, here’s your chance to learn the tools and steps for yourself.  Having built and run a successful financial coaching business over the past decade, they will lead this small, exclusive group of financial coaches for a day-long session that is designed to kickstart and map your business’ growth over the next year. 


Brainstorm and make a plan of execution with Kelsa and Michael for some of your biggest and boldest business ideas. They will explain their roadmap to profitability and help you plan and plot out all of the steps and actions to make your next big business initiative a success.

Room price is $149/night for a studio suite room (pictured here), which includes a king size bed, full kitchen, and living area. A full breakfast buffet and a shuttle to and from the Falls Event Center are included in the room rate.

Hotel reservations must be booked by 4/3/19 to receive the promotional pricing. As a courtesy for those attending the Symposium, the room block price is available 2 days before and 2 days after the event. To get the extended promotional price (for days before or after the conference), you will need to call Marriott.
