Yes, absolutely. We’ve had coaches from across the world enroll in and complete The Academy® with huge success.
There is one supplemental video at the end of Module 1 that is all about business structures and options for incorporation that is for U.S. businesses only. We also talk about payment processors like PayPal and Stripe, which are not used in some countries. But often, coaches know which payment processors are commonly used in their country.
But everything else (and it’s a LOT) in the course applies. The fundamentals of The Academy® are all about the client journey, human behavior, and our mindset as coaches, and that applies no matter where you are from.
We have considered this, but ultimately come to the same conclusion each time which is no. Here’s why.

The first three modules are all very connected – you are going to first understand the journey you want to put your client through, and then second, build it out, step-by-step. Then Modules 4 and 5 are selling and marketing, but you need the first three modules to do it. The way we do it is that you take the transformation and impact from the client journey you created in Modules 1-3 and use that for your marketing and selling. So all 5 of the Core Modules really do go together.
If you were to buy just the first 3 modules- you’d have a great business module that could get people results (YAY!) but you wouldn’t know how to market it (attract clients), and if you did get a client, you wouldn’t know how to invite them to take each step of that journey with you (selling).
To some it seems backwards that we do selling and marketing AFTER the client journey, but it’s the smart way to do it – because then you’re using YOUR OWN TRANSFORMATION that you designed to fuel your marketing. And you know the exact benefits YOUR PROGRAM offers a person and that informs how you sell it. This way, both your marketing and selling come from the heart.
And I also think about what would the “promise” be if we broke it up? Right now, FCA gives you all the tools and skills to be a successful financial coach and have a successful financial coaching business by the end. If we broke it up, it’d be like saying “Hey! Buy Modules 1 & 2 and you’ll kind of know what you’re doing and you’ll kind of be able to help people but not totally.” or “Buy Modules 1-3 and you’ll have a great program but no clients!” To do this work and do it well, it really does take all 5 modules.
To me, what’s important is that you know: 1) how to coach, 2) how to lead your client through that coaching and 3) how to attract and convert clients. All three of those things are needed and that’s what the five core modules deliver.

Your cohort will consist of other coaches who have started The Academy® around the same time as you, so you will all be progressing together and will be able to help each other brainstorm, problem solve, provide accountability, feedback, support and more. The cohorts are member-run and the meeting frequency is determined by each individual cohort. However, we will help you get things started with a kick-of call to help your cohort through figuring out the following:
- Who everyone in your cohort is (you’ll finally get to meet each other!)
- How your cohort will get and stay connected with each other,
- What different support systems and structures will best support you,
- How to decide when, where, and how often to meet,
- The purpose of the meetings you schedule with each other (i.e. accountability, marketing feedback circles, brainstorming sessions, power hours – there are so many awesome options!),
- Who is in charge of leading the meeting, making sure everyone stays connected
Every cohort is unique. We’ve helped establish enough of them now to know the very best practices and most creative ideas for making your cohort a success. There are some cohorts that meet more often than others and you can join the group that works best for you.
