THE COACH’S MBA, SEMESTER 2

Optimization and growth.

Your client’s business is working. They are making money. But they are not sure what to do next.

Whether to raise prices. Where to invest. What the P&L is actually telling them. Whether the business can support the growth they are ready for.

These are the conversations most coaches step back from. Semester 2 is what lets you step in.

What this looks like in your practice

There is a version of your coaching practice where pricing conversations are not something you dance around.

Where you can sit with a P&L, help a client read it, and turn it into an actual decision. Where you know how to walk someone through a price increase, a launch, a hiring decision, without losing your footing.

The financial side of building something bigger. Built for coaching conversations, not spreadsheets and guesswork.

Semester 2 is for coaches working with business owners who are past survival mode and ready to build intentionally. Optimization. Growth strategy. Pricing. Revenue. Hiring. The conversations most coaches step back from.

What you will be equipped to do

After Semester 2, you can guide business owner clients through:

01Articulating a clear business vision and mapping a financial path toward it.
02Building a launch roadmap that accounts for what things actually cost.
03Analyzing current pricing and seeing where revenue is being left on the table.
04Finding their ideal pricing model. The one that fits their business, not just an industry formula.
05Communicating a price increase to existing clients and new ones with confidence.
06Creating collections systems so revenue does not stall in unpaid invoices.
07Understanding breakeven tiers and using them to make real decisions.
08Reading a P&L with a client and helping them understand what they are looking at.
09Identifying which of the nine growth areas matter most right now and where to focus.
10Navigating the financial side of hiring. What the numbers need to look like before they add someone.

Who Semester 2 is for

Coaches in any niche who work with business owners ready to build intentionally.

Financial coaches whose clients are past survival mode and asking growth questions. Business and executive coaches who want the financial frameworks to match the strategic advice they are already giving. Life and health coaches whose entrepreneurial clients are building something and the finances are part of the picture.

If you are ICF-credentialed or pursuing, you will earn CEUs. If you are a financial coach, this is the specialization that takes your business owner conversations from foundational to strategic.

The only thing that matters is this. Do your clients have businesses they are ready to grow? If yes, this is for you.

Frequently asked questions

If you have a question that is not here, email info@FinancialCoachAcademy.com.

Is this an actual MBA program?

No. The Coach’s MBA is professional development training for coaches. It does not confer a degree. The name reflects the depth and rigor of the curriculum. What you earn is ICF CEUs and the ability to work confidently with business owner clients at a level most coaches cannot.

Do I need to take Semester 1 first?

Semester 1 covers cash flow foundations. Semester 2 covers optimization and growth. We recommend starting with Semester 1, but if you are already working with clients at an advanced level and Semester 2 is where you need to go, it stands on its own.

Do I need to be a financial coach to take this?

No. Semester 2 was built with financial coaches in mind, but it is for any coach who works with business owner clients. Life coaches, health coaches, business coaches, executive coaches. If your clients have businesses ready to grow and money is part of the picture, this gives you the frameworks to stay in the conversation.

What is actually inside?

A self-paced curriculum with frameworks, coaching conversation guides, tools, and resources covering pricing, P&L review, growth strategy, hiring, and revenue optimization. Everything is built for application, not theory. You will know what to say, what to ask, and what to do next when you are sitting across from a business owner client.

What if I already purchased the Specialty Toolkits?

If you purchased the original Specialty Toolkit 7, you already have this content. Semester 2 is the same curriculum, rebranded. You do not need to purchase again.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. Pay-over-time options like Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm are offered at checkout. The specific providers available depend on your country and eligibility. We do not offer a separate in-house payment plan.

Step in.

The next time a business owner client brings up pricing, P&L, hiring, or growth, you will know exactly where to go. Semester 2 is what gets you there.
